The first thing to do is, of course, install the program, through MorphDroid_Update.exe (Remember to give Administrator permissions).
Next, you must provide the ROMbase discharged through the program. You will install even the basic programs, going into settings.
Once this is done, head to the main page and "cook" your ROM.
Head to C:\Program Files\MorphDroid, and run it from there with permission of administration. Do not perform any file that is not MorphDroid_RomCook.exe

How To
To add additional programs, follow this guide to the letter:
Go to "Settings", and enable: "Enable Install personal program"
Now, click on "Open Folder" and put your programs.
Close the folder, and click "Load Files".
