I'm a former staff member of the ticalc.org project and have been lucky enough to be around Linux and the Internet in some form or another for the past 18 years. Now that I use Linux full-time at home, it's time to start contributing to the Open Source community in the ways I can.

Ubuntu's goals and community are definitely things I want to be associated with, so I contribute where I can--from bug reports and answering questions to participating in the Ubuntu California LoCo. In my spare time I hack with Python and will some day start to write the next huge game.
