Hi! My name is Dan Bernardic. I hold a 4-year Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, and am currently working as a web programmer. I started using Ubuntu shortly after its first release, 4.10, and have been using it since. I never used a free software distribution before using Ubuntu. In the beginning, I often needed help with configuring the system, and I used the ubuntu IRC support channel[1].
