I recorded this timelapse for a school project. While editing it in After Effects I accidentally created this effect that I really liked... I decided to go on a tangent and see what the result looks like. This is what I came up with...

2. Apply the 'optics compensation' filter to the layer of your choice

3. In the effects panel: Check the 'reverse lens distortion' and change the value of the 'Field of View' property to something to your liking

Note: If you'd like to immitate a fisheye, just uncheck the 'reverse lens distoration' again ;)
