The sickest camera I've ever bought. Now that Canon released a manual settings update there was no reason left for me to stay with Nikon so I sold all my gear (D700 & lenses) and went shopping. In the video you will see the Mark II with: 50mm f/1.8, 17-35mm f/2.8 and 75-300mm f/4-5.6. I love this beast already, can't wait to capture NYC with it in two weeks.
Video conformed to 23.976 with Cinema Tools, after transcoding the files from h.264 to Apple ProRes (HQ). Edited in FCP. Music by The Prodigy. Love them too.
The material is 100% untouched regarding colors, brightness etc., it's straight off the camera. Only some time effects here and there. All shot with the best possible aperture and a shutter speed of 1/30 and Auto-ISO. You can see some gain in the apartment shots but this can be removed pretty easy. Feel free to download the source video and play around with it.
