Pinkberry Co-founder Young Lee is a pistol packing badass with a fleet of uber luxury vehicles ... according to the LAPD investigation into his alleged beating of a homeless man.

TMZ has obtained the search warrant affidavit filed by a detective in LAPD's Asian Crime Unit -- and it reveals two handguns registered in Lee's name: a Colt .45, and a Para Ordnance brand .45.

The handguns are a major no-no because ... according to the docs Lee is not supposed to "own, buy, receive, possess, or have custody or control of any firearms" -- due to a 2001 felony conviction for possession of narcotics.

The docs say Lee also had a misdemeanor conviction for possession of a firearm.

Lee was arrested last month and booked for assault in the brutal tire iron beating of a homeless man on the off-ramp of a Los Angeles freeway.

It's unclear whether police found the handguns during a search of Lee's home and high-end cars -- 2009 Rolls-Royce Phantom, 2007 Ferrari 599 GTB, and a 2010 Mercedes G Wagon -- but if so, he could face an additional felony charge.

Whitney Houston's family has finally reached out to Bobby Brown ... and have formally invited him to attend Whitney's funeral in NJ on Saturday ... TMZ has learned.

Houston family sources tell us, "At the last minute, the family felt that it would keep the peace at the funeral [to have Bobby there] ... even though some family members were against it."

As we previously reported, several Houston family members were strongly opposed to inviting Brown to the funeral because they blame him, in part, for contributing to Whitney's downfall.

Sources close to Bobby tell us family friends had warned him not to go to the funeral ... but now, with the change of heart, Bobby will definitely be there.

Brown has agreed to perform at a concert at an Indian casino in Connecticut hours after the funeral ... and we're told he plans to leave NJ on a private jet so he can make it to the show on time.

And now a torpedo of truth from Charlie Sheen -- "I'm tired of pretending Ashton doesn't suck."

Sheen called in to TMZ Live today ... when he finally spoke his mind about the guy who took over the starring role on his old show, "Two and a Half Men."

Sheen had been politically correct towards Kutcher ever since AK took over ... but after Warner Bros. legally threatened Charlie for using a "Men" photo to promote his new show, "Anger Management" ... it was no more Mr. Nice Guy.

Sheen told us, "I'm tired of lying ... I'm tired of pretending the show doesn't suck ... I'm tired of pretending Ashton doesn't suck."

Charlie added, "It's nothing personal ... I just feel bad for him ... he's saddled with such bad writing."

Hall of Fame catcher Gary Carter has died after a battle with brain cancer ... this according to his family.

The 57-year-old NY Mets legend had been diagnosed with an aggressive, fast-moving brain cancer last year.

Carter's daughter released a statement saying, "I am deeply saddened to tell you all that my precious dad went to be with Jesus today at 4:10 p.m."

She added, "This is the most difficult thing I have ever had to write in my entire life but I wanted you all to know."

Doctors had discovered 4 small tumors in Carter's brain ... after the MLB legend suddenly began to forget things, repeat questions and lacked energy.

Carter -- who was elected into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2003 -- is survived by his wife, 3 children and 3 grandchildren.

Carter was one of the superstars on the world champion '86 Mets squad. He was also an 11-time All Star.

Hours after Whitney Houston is laid to rest, her ex-husband Bobby Brown will hit the stage at an Indian Casino in Connecticut ... TMZ has learned.

Brown is booked to perform with the guys from New Edition at the Mohegan Sun Indian Casino at 8 PM EST on Saturday night.

Whitney's funeral is scheduled to begin at noon EST in Newark, NJ. It's unclear if Bobby plans to attend the funeral.

It's kind of like bookends, because hours after Whitney died Bobby performed on-stage with his group in Mississippi.

Whitney Houston's family has scheduled a private viewing for tomorrow at the funeral home where the singer's body is currently being held ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell TMZ, the viewing at Whigham Funeral home in Newark, New Jersey is invite only ... with an EXTREMELY tight guest list.

We're told Bobbi Kristina will be there -- it will be the first time she's seen her mother since she passed.

Sources say the family wanted to have a special moment together without cameras around ... and that's why the decision was made to have a viewing the day before the funeral.

TMZ broke the story ... Bobbi tried to get into her mother's Beverly Hilton hotel room the day she died -- but was denied access by law enforcement.

Whitney's funeral is still scheduled for Saturday at the New Hope Baptist Church in Newark.

Chris Brown was so paranoid about keeping his attendance at Rihanna's birthday party a big fat secret -- he actually tried to FORCE partygoers to sign confidentiality agreements ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us, Chris refused to enter the private party Monday night at the famous Hearst Mansion in Beverly Hills until everyone signed an NDA -- sending his henchmen in beforehand to gather every partygoer's signature.

We're told although they didn't get EVERYONE to sign -- Chris eventually walked in ... and spent a huge chunk of the night nuzzling up against Rihanna.

According to sources, the two got real intimate -- sitting next to each other, talking, and holding hands ... all perfectly legal ever since the restraining order was lifted.

Oprah Winfrey has made the cut ... and is one of the stars who has received one of the coveted invitations to Whitney Houston's funeral on Saturday ... TMZ has learned.

Houston family sources tell us ... several of Houston's famous friends have been invited, but Oprah is by far the most famous person on the guest list.

We're told Houston family members are hopeful Oprah will attend.

Kevin Costner, Stevie Wonder and Aretha Franklin are also expected to participate in the funeral services.

10:38 AM PST -- Storch tried to hide a baggie of cocaine in a trash can at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Vegas before cops arrived ... this according to the police report, obtained by TMZ.

In the report, the arresting officer says cops fished out the baggie after receiving a tip from hotel security ... and discovered it contained 2.7 grams of blow.

Hip-hop producer Scott Storch -- a recovering drug addict -- was arrested in Vegas earlier this month for possession of cocaine ... TMZ has learned.

According to law enforcement, Storch was arrested at a Vegas hotel around 8:30 AM on Feb. 4.

Sources tell us ... the arrest went down after an employee called police to complain that Storch wouldn't pay for his room.

When cops arrived to the scene, we're told officers discovered Storch was in possession of cocaine. Storch was hauled to a nearby police station ... where he was released on $5k bond.

Storch -- who has worked with stars like Beyoncé, 50 Cent, Dr. Dre, Snoop, Pink and more -- famously blew a $30 million fortune after getting hooked on drugs back in 2006. He eventually checked into rehab and has been working on his recovery ever since.  

Scott was out in L.A. this weekend acting like nothing ever happened (below) -- casually joking about one of his former artists, Brooke Hogan, while smoking a cigar.
