Anthony Pacherille Sr., whose son is imprisoned for shooting a Cooperstown High School classmate nearly two years ago, was cleared today of harassing Otsego County Judge Brian Burns and his wife in an encounter that took place at the judge's home in Oneonta 11 days after the son was sentenced.
