You have heard it said before but it bears repeating. If I had known grandchildren would be this much fun, I would have had them first! They are honest, loving, funny, and do absolutely no wrong. And they are so intelligent that I, sometimes, have a difficult time keeping up with their conversations. Because they live in the technology age, they speak in acronyms, jargon, and code. They send their thoughts by text, email, Facebook, Twitter, via iPad, iPhone, and other “smart” hand held devices. In a normal face-to-face conversation with my grandsons, I may encounter any number of topics from sports figure news to cable television comparison to space or underworld happenings. It is quite an adventure, speaking with these little people who are the future of this country, who have minds of their own and do not mind speaking them. Our charge, as parents and grandparents, is to instill in them a love and devotion for this country and the values upon which it was founded. We must also nurture their faith in God, another principle on which our country was founded, so they never lose sight of why and how we have managed to remain the most powerful, free country in the world!
PLOT SUMMARY:
The vampire brothers Damon and Stefan Salvatore, eternal adolescents, having been leading 'normal' lives, hiding their bloodthirsty condition, for centuries, moving on before their non-aging is noticed. They are back in the Virginia town where they became vampires, as high school students. Stefan is noble, denying himself blood to avoid killing, and tries to control his evil brother Damon. Stefan falls in love with schoolgirl Elena, whose best friend is a witch, like her grandma.
Mystic falls becomes the target town for vampires with the return of Stefan & Damon Salvatore. Stefan, the controlled brother who's focused on his humanity, enrolls at high school attempting a normal life whereas his brother Damon, the dashing, gorgeous, irresistible and dangerous brother makes Stefan's life a misery while trying to steal his girlfriend, Elena, along the way. With the confusing emotions, deceiving acts and hidden talents, comes a deep history from 1864 that Damon is determined to overcome by rescuing the Salvatore brothers' old love, Katherine, with the help of Elena's witch friend.
After 145 years, the virtuous vampire Stefan Salvatore (Paul Wesley) returns to his home town of Mystic Falls, Virginia and falls for the beautiful Elena Gilbert (Nina Dobrev), a girl with a tragic past and uncanny resemblance to his lost love Katherine. Alwasy close on Stefan's heels is his vampire brother Damon (Ian Somerhalder), a ruthless killer who also loved Katherine and is determined to make Stefan's after-life a living hell in any way he can. But underneath the surface of the sleepy town is a world of mystery, magic, and intrigue, where no one is safe and everyone is hiding a secret...
Ah, I am so glad I have this urge to blog again. I can't wait for the weekend. I must give my camera some love again. I have a few photos here still needs to be posted, but didn't feel like updating in the past days; I definitely had a lot of rest from doing online stuff... And why am I asking christmas present ideas anyway? It was so last two months ago hehe... but anyway here are a few photos. I will have another set soon, so come by and take a peek. I already have plans for President's Day, so more photo opps on that as well; Exciting :) Yeah, another outdoor family adventure if the weather stays this warm.

Anyone familiar with cree xm-l? It's that time of the year again. I know celebrating the hearts day is such a big deal to some people. As much as I want to splurge on this day too; As long as I am with my family. I wouldn't trade it for anything in this world. I would rather be next to them cuddling than be anywhere else. And of course, sometimes we can't just pass up an intimate dinner for two or three. Funny thing is we are trying to conceive. I am really excited about it and I hope there's going to be a positive result so soon. We are definitely trying to expand this little family of ours and we are so ready to welcome another baby this year. It's been 9yrs since my first pregnancy, so I've been watching baby videos and reading articles about pregnancy again just to refresh my memory. I am so ready for the next step of this new journey of ours.
I am looking for new cufflinks for M. We are invited to a wedding this Spring and I better start shopping as early as possible. My favorite store has a huge sale coming up, so I better not forget about these important dates. Hubby leaves everything to me. He doesn't really like to shop anyway, so it's always been my job to buy these things for him. He enjoys my little gifts as well. Although, he finds it really exhausting going to stores looking for outfits, so I never invite him anymore. I learn to manage to shop on my own or with my boy sometimes. Yay, off to the movie later with the guys. Early release day, so maybe we could squeeze in a photoshoot as well.
Everytime I go to stores I am secretly admiring girl stuff; Considering the variety of clothing and accessories to choose from when it comes to shopping for girls. It's just so tempting. But I can't really do anything about it at all since I have a boy. I am sometimes desperate hunting for stylish outfits to put together for my son. It's not comparable to the girl's accessories available. I am sure it's not a problem finding http://www.redenvelope.com/personalized-gifts-girls-RPGGS... There's just so many out there these girls can have. Although, I enjoy shopping for my son as well. I can tell you girls stuff are way cuter. Ah, it's definitely time to expand my family; Crossing my fingers, but I am really excited of our recent plans. It better be good!
We really enjoyed our trip to the zoo this week. The little guy had another two day break from school and opted to spend the day over there. There's so much to see we didn't even finish perusing the whole place. It sucks I wasn't able to document this trip because I didn't bring my camera; What was I thinking. That was absolutely the best time to photograph my son since there aren't many people, but it's too late already. I assume planning another visit next month would make me feel better. Anyway, who's doing an attic renovation raleigh nc lately? Good luck everyone. I bet you it's a daunting task. Ah, looking forward to finishing the last part of Cookson's: THE MOTH.
This was our 3rd visit at Fossil Rim and I would want to do their photography tour in the future... Got the "Shutter Bug"? You won’t find another place outside of Africa that offers this level of quality photo taking opportunities. Fossil Rim has some of the largest herds of rare animals left on the planet. It was definitely an awesome experience. We will do it again in a heartbeat.

I just thought of applying home based work and I definitely need my new business office furniture. These companies I am applying for have zero tolerance for noise. I need to have my own space, so no there isn't any kind of disturbance and I am positive I can make that happen. My son is in school for 7 hours and my environment is quite a match for what they're looking for.
Anyway, got lots of photos from last weekend. I will be posting some soon.

I spent so long looking into wireless internet providers Greensboro because I wanted to make sure I had a good connection at home. I’ve just started working from my home office and I wanted to make sure I could get everything done I used to in the company headquarters – if my boss saw anything slipping I knew he was going to have a really hard time letting me do this any longer. I love my job and it’s nice that I have the flexibility but I have to admit that at times I really miss being in an office and interacting with my colleagues. Even Brian who used to eat Sushi every day for lunch and had that annoying screensaver of his cats is in my thoughts – I miss being in a zany office! I love that there are so many things around the house that get done now that I’m here but there are definitely moments when I wish I had a little more adult conversation. Grass is always greener, I suppose.
I am browsing Nitro Gas RC Cars at the moment... Anyway, I've spent hours now trying to log in to my album online using my phone. I have holiday photos I want to upload and it's seriously not going through. Ah, I got to figure it out all day or else I will be unhappy. But must log off soon since house chores are waiting for me. My day goes like this... Ah, you don't have idea. I least I am able to keep my place as clean as possible. I really don't like clutters; But having a boy at home that's always not possible. I just got to do my job.
Great... 10gb of Holiday photos. I am definitely busy editing and posting. Anyway, my other blog is overflowing with photos. I will be posting the rest over here. I would suggest to visit the other blog as well Paperhearts Dot Me to see the complete Christmas series... I am taking the little guy to watch WAR HORSE later today, so I will be logged out for a bit. I hope you had a wonderful celebration everyone. Enjoy!

Obviously it's not quite so boring today. I'm just working on my new FB logo and edited a bunch of photos as well. Still working on my family's holiday series up until next week. I'm hoping to get a few more sessions, so I can order my photobook by January. I want variety this year, so I will have a lot to choose from. I am sure I will be able to squeeze in a few tomorrow after going to the movies. It's quite busy here too, but things are coming along pretty well and I am pretty much done dealing with the presents. Maybe a quick visit to the store tomorrow incase there's something I miss on my Christmas list... but I am sure it's just going to be extra stuff. Anyway, please visit my main photography site PAPERHEARTS STUDIO. Wishing you the true meaning of Christmas today and always. Merry Christmas!
A few more things to buy and I will be done with my Christmas shopping. A metal step stool is definitely on the list. I dragged hubby earlier to come with me to some of my favorite stores. I am glad he came. I can assure you one lucky 8yo boy is the recipient of all these blessings. He is definitely a nice young man and being naughty is not even an option. I have nothing but pure admiration to the little guy. He is truly a delight to us. He deserves everything. He maintains being an honor student and I could go on and on... He is officially a member of TAG as well- (Talented and Gifted). I hope he will learn more for the extra 2 hours of school work added to his curriculum for the whole year. Way to go!
I was just checking triangle direct while a popular quote caught my eye as well. Hope is the most exciting thing in life and if you honestly believe that love is out there, it will come. And even if it doesn't come straight away there is still that chance all through your life that it will. This is such a great quote. I was just reading a few before looking at some of the videos I took last week. It makes me miss my sisters, who truly are a sunshine to my soul. I am sure they will stick around for long especially during those difficult times. I can only move forward from now on and hope for a better outcome whatever path I want to follow. I can't complain there's just so much love and support out there; From people who truly cares...
Thanks for the article from Jermaine Haynes
I love Fit TV. We have Fit TV through a great direct TV deal we stumbled onto. As a stay-at-home mom, I have trouble getting out of the house to work out. However, I can turn on Fit TV and get a quality thirty-minute workout in while the children are napping. There are tons of quality workouts on this channel, and they have something for every age and preference. Most of the shows seem to be geared toward women, but they have programming for everyone. The kids both nap around 1pm every day for about an hour. The workouts that I like the most come on in the late afternoons, so I usually record them the day before and then exercise the next day while the kids are asleep. While it is not perfect, it fits my busy schedule. My children are four and two, so they constantly require my attention. I know that my four-year-old will soon give up his nap, and I am not sure what I will do then. I love to exercise, and before children I was an avid runner. However, with little kids I have great difficulty finding time to run. My husband works long hours, so I am almost always in charge of the kids. Fit TV provides me with a resource that I really need.

Visit my main business blog. PAPERHEARTS STUDIO. Now open for Sessions in 2012. Contact me anytime. Inquiries are answered within 24 hours. Thank You! While there is perhaps a province in which the photograph can tell us nothing more than what we see with our own eyes, there is another in which it proves to us how little our eyes permit us to see.
I am seriously loving all the St. Moritz watches... I saw cute watches last Black Friday. I was almost tempted to buy some for my sisters, but realized I've already gathered enough stuff for the box and it's pretty full now too. Maybe next year I will be able to gift them new watches. Finally, down to my last post. I can't wait to revamp my other blog. I am still working on fixing the color setting, and the sliding sidebars. And of course, I am really excited for the new photos I will be posting. It's not the best week for me so far, but I will continue loving life. I don't see a reason to waste it. Considering I have a wonderful/supportive husband and son plus an amazing family and friends. Enjoy the rest of the week!
I am sending a box to my family this month. My sister requested a handy pink camera. I am glad I found the perfect one for her. Aside from the laptop she's getting from papa; I a buying a pink mouse that goes with it. Plus underwater cameras for my brother and BIL. I am waitinf for a few things to arrive today and the box will be shipped this coming weekend. Lucky bunch who will receive all the stuff I've reserved for them from the shoes to the purses. I am sure they will be thankful for everything... It's it MERRY indeed!
Have you seen the TJFormal prom dresses? You much check it out ladies. It's undoubtedly gorgeous! Anyway, I've been working so hard to start my business page on FB and it's finally up. I am so thankful for my sisters, who helped me share the page and ask their friends to like it. I'm seeing progress little by little. Overall, I am happy with my decision and I am always grateful to everyone who is behind it. My little model below. Check out the business blog-Paperhearts Dot Me.
Tradition, tradition... I am itching to decorate now. So many things to do at such a short time. I don't even know how to begin describing just how much I love this season. There isn't anything not to love about it. From the festivities, colors, music, shopping, giving, gift-wrapping and the overall feel of the holiday season... I can't wait to go to the store later today and buy new ornaments and a few things for my table setting. I will let the little guy accompany me today. I am sure he will be delighted. In case you're in need of Malpractice insurance for doctors. Check the link! More PC time for me and clean afterwards.
Ah, my body is aching. This was the result of the Black Friday madness, lol. But if you'll ask me if I will do it again. The answer is; I will in a hearbeat. Enough of that... I am definitely ready to switch the mood to decorating our Christmas tree. I am inspired with Pottery Barn's Christmas tree decor featured on their site the other day. I just got to buy a few things I can add to the tree this year: Like the bows and a few ornamnets. The little guy is seriously bugging me now. I better plan on getting it today or tomorrow. The temperature dropped last night and I am already lazy thinking about dressing up. Anyway, if you're interested to have a session with me head to my business blog Paperhearts Studio and make sure to book it for 2012 sessions. It's now open.
I am glad we're home. Hubby and I went to check this park nearby for a possible location for next week's photography session. I love what I see so far. I am seeing leaves on the ground and it's also surrounded with colorful trees. I think it's the one. Maybe 4 sessions in the next two weeks. Coming back home we were not as lucky, but thank God to roadside assistance. It does happen sometimes and I am glad we have the breakdown service number handy. In case, something like this happens again. It won't be such a pain being stuck on the road for long hours. There's definitely an advantage to it when you know who to call. Off to pick up the little guy.

Hello everyone, make sure to book your holiday session early at PAPERHEARTS.ME PHOTOGRAPHY. Location: Dallas, Texas and surrounding areas. We can have it in November as I will be having a new superb lens that would accomodate group shots by then. Please visit my site and read session info and take note for the 'WHAT TO WEAR' section. As we were driving home from the country side we noticed a series steel buildings... I don't remember this before. I am sure it's newly built. We really love short drives on weekends. Ah, I just love nature. Although, I prefer Spring time because of the pretty and colorful wild flowers. I still like to see the country side. The colors of the trees here don't really change, but the falling leaves are still perfect for any type of photoshoot in the Fall season. I got to love what we have. I am sure I can still capture dramatic photos at a dry land.
Early release day for the little guy. He wants to watch a movie. We actually have two choices right now for movies. We both like to watch it since last week, but I am a little tied up. I will let him know if I can't finish this on time. I am also scheduled to take pictures of him in his Halloween costume. He's going to be a Brave Knight. It's his choice and I totally agree it's an adorable costume. I wish I have a symbol barcode scanner when I go shopping. It does happen that some items in the store have no prices on it, but I won't really bother asking. Considering I am browsing a lot of stuff. I will just move on and pick a different brand.
Oh how we love pumpkin season. You did know this gourd-ish squash has its own season, right? Winter, Spring, Summer, Pumpkin.... We anxiously anticipate it every year. Delicious autumn! My very soul is wedded to it, and if I were a bird I would fly about the earth seeking the successive autumns. A wind has blown the rain away and blown the sky away and all the leaves away, and the trees stand. I think, I too, have known autumn too long.

The thought of having a winter vacation makes me giddy right now. My cousin just called me the other day and he is inviting our family to come over his place at Calgary. Ah, how awesome would that be spending the whole winter break with my family. This is the only time my son can get off school for two weeks and we must do something really worthwhile. This is definitely on top of my holiday list. I've heard it's really beautiful out there. I have friends who are showing off their photos and I am envious. I just got to talk to hubby about this trip. A family trip before the year ends sounds really a plan. I miss my cousin and his family. He is like a brother to me. Any tips for travelling to this side of the world? Let me know if you have anything in mind.
I can still remember after giving birth using an adult diaper. I had to use it even before my monthly period came back to secure a pack of ice since I had episiotomy. Hubby had to help me moved my legs because it was swelling bad. I continued using it for the first two months. It was actually comfortable. I don't have any sort of complains using it but the only hard part is the healing process.
Ah, lunch time... My enchilada smells ready good and it will be ready in 10 minutes. I can't wait to dig in. Hubby too is waiting for it. He is resting at the moment. I bet he will be awoken by how good it smells. Happy Lunch?
I seriously need a wire cover... Anyway, I told you I've been really enjoying my iphone4 and one of my favorite apps is called Instagram. I've also added a few rocking editing app like the camera+. I love the combination of these when two effects are mixed. See it yourself...
The creative act lasts but a brief moment, a lightning instant of give-and-take, just long enough for you to level the camera and to trap the fleeting prey in your little box. A Ming vase can be well-designed and well-made and is beautiful for that reason alone. I don't think this can be true for photography. Unless there is something a little incomplete and a little strange, it will simply look like a copy of something pretty. We won't take an interest in it. Look at these beauty!

What a wonderful day today. Overall it started out really good. I was able to complete all my chores before returning to my PC. I like to do that from now on, so I don't end up procrastinating; Besides it should be done at some point; either now or never. Ah, business funding. Hubby and I were just discussing the funds I'm going to put in for my photography business. It's really close $5,000. He has the funds, but he just reminded me that I need to be serious about it and I can't just drop it any minute I want. So yeah, lots of thinking to do in the next few days and of course big big plans. Help me God to pursue it. I know I'm on the right track. Pumpkin Patch photos in my next update. You got to love it. It was a delightful time with my guys.
