I’m not sure if this is working. I can see it internally, but I’m not sure if it works from the outside. If not, I’ll just use this for mail and experimenting. It’s been fun though.

Well, we just finished with out second snowstorm of the season. The first one of course took out our phone line and of course internet. It took them 6 days to get it back up. Supposedly, they fixed it the first time. But no one ever came to the house. Yesterday when the repairman came, he actually checked things and discovered that the physical line was down between two poles up the street. Strange that they couldn’t do that a week ago.

I’m still trying to figure out how to contact Centurylink to find out what can be done. I lost 1/4 of the month, and don’t feel like paying for it. But I’ll probably never get through to someone that can figure it out.

Just to let folks know that I’ve finally gotten things back to relative normal. The webserver is back up, and I’ll start making posts a quick as I can. This will be sort of like the old stuff, and a lot of new musings.
