Price, Sylvia

Sylvia Price of Calgary, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 27, 2005 at the age of 84 years.

She was witty, intelligent and artistic. She enjoyed playing cards and creating award winning quilts. Sylvia assisted in the creation of the Book of Remembrance. She was a lieutenant with the Canadian Navy (WREN) during WWII. Sylvia is survived by her daughter Anina Gundersen and Bruce Mitchell of Ottawa, daughter and son-in-law, Abby and Gene Paulson of Calgary, and son Christian Gundersen and Verna Lachance of Bath, ON; four grandchildren Jim, Adam, Vanessa and Zoe; two great-grandchildren Sarah and Anouk. She was predeceased by her late husbands, George Gundersen and Michael Price.
