Kahl, Hildegard

Hildegard Kahl, beloved wife of Helmut Kahl of Calgary, passed away with her family at her side on Sunday, August 28, 2005 at the age of 77 years.

Hildegard was born on January 11, 1928 in Dortmund, Germany. She married Helmut Kahl in 1956, and immigrated to Canada with her husband in 1961.

Hildegard is survived by her loving husband Helmut; and her son Rainer Kahl.

It was Hildegard’s wish that no Funeral Service be held. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com. The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to the Doctors of the Rockyview General Hospital for all their efforts, and especially to the Doctors, Nurses and Staff of Unit 73 who worked tirelessly to treat her and keep her comfortable. They were extraordinarily compassionate, gracious, and caring towards Hildegard and her family.
