Allen, Arthur

Arthur “Roy” Allen, beloved husband of Patricia Allen of Calgary, passed away on Friday, December 29, 2006 at the age of 78 years.

Roy was a long-time member of Al Azhar Shriners, the Willow Park Golf and Country Club, and the Shaw-nee Slopes Golf Course. Besides his loving wife Patricia, he is also survived by a daughter Luana Hook of Edmonton, AB; a son and daughter-in-law Bruce and Sharon Allen of DeWinton; five grandchildren, Corinne, Greg, Carrie, Kelly, and Colleen; and five great-grandchildren, Eliot, Oliver, Erin, Cheyenne, and Brandon. He is also survived by his brother and sister-in-law Ray and Eleanor Allen of Calgary.

Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Thursday, January 4, 2007 at 2:30 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
