Apparently 66% of people are afraid of losing their phones.

Personally I don't like losing anything that costs more than a few dollars because a) I paid for it and b) I have to go out and buy it again. Still, for me if I had to choose something to lose my phone would not be at the top of my list.

What about you? Are you afraid of losing your phone or would it be a nice excuse to buy a new one?

Over at BGR amongst other sources, they have posted pics of some apparent upcoming changes to iOS 5.1

A better camera lock screen and other languages in Siri, like Japanese, French and German have been popping up.

Great additions but not enough to get me terribly excited.
I really hope there's more. A lot more ...

Yikes!
Over at Mobilesyrup they've posted a Rogers Wireless bill that would easily make me run for another country!

The owner of this bill, "TheOneBabooshka" is saying Rogers acknowledges that it's a billing error on their end but we'll see how this plays out.

What do you guys think? ...

Google Commerce is now stating that Google Wallet, it's NFC service, is now safe for consumer use.

Yesterday afternoon, we restored the ability to issue new prepaid cards to the Wallet. In addition, we issued a fix that prevents an existing prepaid card from being re-provisioned to another user. While we’re not aware of any abuse of prepaid cards or the Wallet PIN resulting from these recent reports, we took this step as a precaution to ensure the security of our Wallet customers. If you are unable to access your previous prepaid card balance for any reason, please contact our toll-free support for assistance.

Does this restore your confidence in Google Wallet?
Did you have any to begin with, or are you like myself and going to let the NFC battle play out until there seems to be a clear path to the technology?

Sound off below! ...

Our resident case guru Sabesh just finished his review of the Casemate Pop for the Galaxy Nexus:

My friend and Howard Forums member DerekToronto gifted me this case recently and I decided to review it, as I like very much! Like Derek, I like to accessorize my phones and I can never have enough cases for them. The Casemate Pop case looks quite good, but is deceivingly tough!

The first thing I noticed about the case, brought a smile to my face: The interior soft-plastic has a funky design and the words "Happiness by design". How cool is that! ...

Over at Crackberry they have gotten their hands on some images of BlackBerry OS 10 in "action."

It seems as if RIM will be bringing widgets, a much needed visual refresh on application icons with folders showing the icons inside, a universal inbox and finally a shot of the call display screen. Interestingly enough, there appears to be a video button in the call screen for video calling.

Very nice changes, and yet it still seems to maintain the look and feel of BlackBerry OS.

I like it, do you? Forum Discussion ...

Looks like Apple is dragging Samsung back to the courtroom.

This time it's for the Galaxy Nexus' ability to unlock a phone by sliding an image and the ability to search by voice.

What do you think? Enough is enough? Maybe you shouldn't have quit law school, you could have became a lawyer for Apple or Samsung. ...

Sabesh's been busy! His beloved Galaxy Nexus has never been so safe - here's his
OtterBox Commuter case for the Galaxy Nexus review:

OtterBox Commuters are 2-piece protective cases designed to withstand casual drops and spills. This case is designed to provide protection, yet be stylish. Hence, I was happy when Howard got me this to review. There’s no mistaking that it’s a classic OtterBox Commuter: A silicone inner core encompassed by a tough, polycarbonate shell. It comes in minimalistic packaging with pictorial instructions printed inside the box.
