The printer should be powered on, and you should make sure its connected to the computer via the USB cable. Only then proceed with the installation. The instructions you'll get from the software you download from our site will guide you through the installation process.

These are the links to the driver files. You should pick one according to your OS. Please check that the installation was ok - view the device manager. There should be no yellow exclamation marks next to your newly installed driver.
