It lets you package a fully configured and optimized software stack in a virtual server format that can be quickly deployed on top of VMware ESX. True 64Bit multi-threaded performance

The ClusterScale ESX VA is based on the same high performance 64Bit code as the other ClusterScale hardware appliances. Our VA will only run on true 64Bit processors with the VT extension. The ClusterScale VA is fully optimized for VMware ESX & VMware Server. ClusterScale ESX VA manages your application traffic, inspecting, transforming and routing requests as it load-balances them across the application infrastructure. ClusterScale ESX VA has passed VMware's stringent VA Certification program. It been built on a proven operating system foundation and has additional management tools to make installation and configuration quick and easy.

Full Layer 4-7 Functionality

The VA version of our software is almost identical to the much praised ClusterScale hardware appliance. All the industry standard load balancing protocols are supported and cookie insertion. The software is simple to install on Windows, Mac & Linux and does not have any adverse effects on the host operating system. Load Balancers by their nature have fairly modest hardware requirements, so a virtual platform makes a lot of sense from a technical standpoint.

ClusterScale ESX VA is a leading traffic management solution and is available as a virtual appliance. ClusterScale ESX VA is available as a stand alone hardware solution, ClusterScale. You can download a full version of our VA and test it on the free VMware player. Although this is a full version of the software it will stop working after 30 days if you fail to purchase an activation key.
