**Qualification Criteria
IT End-Users are defined as those attending CIO conferences with an intent (and an IT budget) to potentially buy from our conference Corporate Hosts and Sponsoring Partners. As such, Analysts, Venture Capitalists, Sales, Marketing and Consulting positions from non-sponsoring companies, and anyone else who does not have IT purchasing influence within their organization, are excluded from the "IT End-User" designation.
