I have 2 staff members attending Catersource this year. Any ideas on the best way to manage food and beverage for them? Cash? If so, how much per day? Daily limit on company credit card? Again, how much? Don't want to be cheap but don't want to get out of control either.
Thoughts??
Thanks!
