
The mission of the Community Action Commission (CAC) in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania's capital city, is to create and maximize the resources necessary for individuals and families to achieve self-sufficiency. The Commission works primarily with and on behalf of low-income individuals and families in Pennsylvania's capital city region (Cumberland, Dauphin, and Perry Counties).
