End of support for Windows 98 and Windows Me

As of July 11th, 2006 Ashkon Software LLC will no longer provide technical support for products installed on the following operating systems: Windows 98, Windows 98 Second Edition, and Windows Me.

The reason is that Microsoft Corporation stops supporting these operating systems, considers them outdated and can expose customers to security risks.

We recommend existing customers running running Windows 98, Windows 98 Second Edition or Windows ME to upgrade their operating systems to the later versions of Windows.

What does it mean to you? If you have a technical questions and the product is installed on a PC running Windows 98, Windows 98 Second Edition or Windows ME operating systems we will not help you to resolve technical issues in connection with our products. You may still however use our products installed on computers running above mentioned operating systems at your own risk.
