Wiseheart Design

Why I’m Different

There are a lot of designers out there. What makes me unique?

1 I keep it simple

I’m in the business of making complex concepts, simple. Your website needs to be easy to understand and use. I’ll help you identify what’s important and get rid of everything else. Less is more. Really.

2 I can code

Design is my specialty, but I also have a background in programming. It informs my design decisions and allows me to optimize my work so that your developers can implement it easily.

3 I love business

You need someone who speaks your language. That’s me. I have experience helping real clients build products that make money, and I am eager to help you achieve success.

The Way I Work

I use a number of tools and techniques to help clients clarify their ideas and
translate them into beautiful and functional products.

1. Client Interviews

Every project begins and ends with a series of conversations with the client. Together we discuss the product idea and outline how we think it will work.

2. Wireframes

I then make a series of quick illustrations roughing in the basic ideas. The point is to figure out flow and function without getting bogged down with how it looks.

3. Hi-Fi Mockups

Once we have settled on the basic design, I iron out the look and feel with a couple of Hi-Fi mockups that show what the finished app will look like.

4. HTML & CSS

Finally, I convert the Hi-Fi mockups and rough wireframes into HTML and CSS. A developer can then use these to build the actual application.

Samples of My Work

I like happy clients. Here are a couple of my favorite projects.
