The hardware failure and associated delays are fixed.
Branch updates, translation imports and package copies are currently delayed due to a hardware failure.
PPA builds are delayed by up to 3 hours due to unreliability issues with some of the builders. We expect to return to normal on Monday.
We've disabled the custom bug listings beta until after the weekend. We're expecting it to be back Monday.
Codehosting should be back to normal.
Codehosting is having intermittent problems with making ssh connections because of unusually high usage. We are investigating.
We've recovered from the hardware failure. All Launchpad services are operating normally again, including PPAs and the Ubuntu archive.

There has been a hardware failure resulting in temporary loss of librarian data. It will take a few hours to recover the lost data.

We are experiencing in email delivery to lists, as well as new list creation delays. Investigation is underway.
Launchpad translations web UI and imports will be offline for around an hour from 10.00 UTC 2011-11-22, to open translations for Precise.
Launchpad will be offline and Ubuntu single sign-on read-only for 15 minutes from 10.30 UTC (20 minutes from now).
Code-hosting on Launchpad was intermittently unavailable earlier but is now back. We think it resolved and are continuing to investigate.
