August 2011 update
Back in may 2007, twitter was not providing any search tool to find users,
so I decided to launch twitdir.com as a personal (and fun) project.
The site had quite some success: many articles, 4 000 unique visitors the best days, some donations and so on.
Then two things occured:
1- twitter decided to offer search features
2- I was missing time, lot of time
So I decided to stop/hold twitdir project! :-(
In the past months, we received many emails from supporters asking me to launch twitdir back. :-)
But here is the situation:
1- I still don't have time!
2- I don't want to provide something useless (not another twitter search engine)
So here is the deal:
provide me with ideas (good ideas I mean) and support (dev skills)
and I'll be ok to work with anybody on putting twitdir back online
