[UPDATE - 2011-11-01]Â Even better, Torley has donated the whole OMG: Amplify album to the Bob Moog Foundation:
“All proceeds from the album will benefit our programs, including Dr. Bob’s SoundSchool and preserving Bob Moog’s Archives.”
Donate for a most awesome cause!

Our omniverse offices have jeejahed that Brother Torley (#4444) has achieved winnership in the Spectrasonics OMG-1 Contest. As a lifelong disciple of resourcing the electronic music timeline for the choicest aurelics, we wish him well as he meditates to the aroma of Aria scent sticks. Before consuming another New Monk Meal tonight and defining another vision of which realms to traverse nextest.
What this also means for you, adventurous listener: there’re not just 1, not 2, nor even 3 — but 15 aurelics (aural relics), a whole “normal-sized album” — that will may be included on the future, 50-track Dream Journal 3/III.
But as you’ve come to expect from the diversely-abled minds at Impextations EXC, the only “normal” here is EXCellence — well, not exctly, but we progress. And may anti-gravity uplift your spirits.
Hark! Go listen now! Enjoy the wealth of music on that page, for Brother Torley is honored to be amongst distinguished company paying respects to Dr. Moog’s legacy, as adjudicated by some of the most experienced musicians and sound designers who’ve existed.
(What? No download button? If you’re cunning, you could siphon the MP3s from the page. Or just be patient and wait for DJ3. Then DJ4. Check out DJ1 and DJ2 in the kindtime.)
Glitch Piano is here. It sounds like this:
If we were marketing engineers, we might scribe:
Do you crave exotic adventure in your listening experiences? This marvelously melodic 3-hour compendium of fantastic soundscapes, a veritable cornucopia of [classical PIANO + experimental GLITCH] flavors, can be yours — now!
What we’ve uncovered thus far:
Coming sooner than you feel. Which isn’t always appropriate, but this time it is.
Creation by the exquisite Ravenelle.
Friendly greetings fellow explorer!
It’s taken us a lot of murders and acquisitions to get here, but we at Impextations EXC are pleased to announce this announcement. And for that matter, by absorbing the Mercurochrome Coalition, we’ve secured a foothold across the omniverse that should make retrieving the remainder of the Glitch Piano and Dream Journal 3 aurelics (sonic artifacts) a faciler process. (But there’s nothing quite like being chased by a primal behemoth on your way back to a Oldtonian time machine!)
Work here at Impextations EXC is rewarding and dangerous. The two are like Thaimese twins, really. One moment, you’re running your trans-reality spot healing brush to sample a patch of another world that got a bit too quantized, and the next, your achievables are being distilled into the inscrutable intergalactic claw of none other than Astro-Buccaneer Pan Law. (Damn him and his bastardly summing.) Heady stuff, folks.
But to establish this isn’t all bluster and that, for all our NASA-like funding, we really have brought back some gemmy rocks from yonder aforementioned alternate realities! And will be presenting them on this very blog-thing, as soon as we’re cleared of outsider-the-box trading. Promise.
We hotly (since “warmly” is too “cold”) invite you to keep track of this site — stay tuned for conspiracy theories and astounding yarns!
