Chaely Sleeps Forever

I think it’s really curiouser and curiouser that as we get further into this debate, the Republican leadership of this Congress thinks it’s appropriate to have a hearing on the subject of women’s health and can purposely exclude women from the panel. What else do you need to know about the subject? If you need to know more, tune in, I may, I may at some point be moved to explain biology to my colleagues.

— That’s right, you better tune in because Nancy Pelosi is about to get really real.

pasalubong: motherjones: Not soon enough. LOL’d. I can’t wait to hear a bunch of women testify on the morality of artificial boners.

adorablyvulgar:

I think starting an advice column called “Just The Tip[s]†sounds like a really good idea.

Just The Tip[s]: Shoving just the right amount of opinions down your throat.

Really good idea, right? Of course it’s a really good idea. This could go places. I mean, I know I would take any advice that came from a column with a tagline like that. Someone start this advice column with me.

I would do this with you, because I have opinions, but you can only have a little bit of them (cuz let’s be honest, I have better shit to do than explain life in fine detail - I’m not wikipedia).

Is there a momquirks Tumblr yet? There should be.

My mom’s driving directions always involve “then you curve around” at some point. I always try to assure her that she doesn’t need to mention that part.

Trust me mom, if the road curves unexpectedly I will follow it. I have never run off the road because you forgot to tell me to curve around.

My bff is both hilarious & sappy as all getout. Today is the 20th anniversary of the day she moved into my hometown & our fairytale homance began. Technically the sweet loving started a little later (there was a delay due to the neighbor girl cautioning that I was a major weirdo) but it’s still a pretty big deal. I’d be all poetic and write a list of all the shit we’ve been through together, but the “haven’t done” list is a lot easier to remember. Here we go: -Marriage (forthcoming, Laura is getting hitched in May) -Babies -Menopause -Complete mental breakdown I’m confident we’ll exhaust that list well before our next 20 years go by. A girl couldn’t ask for a better partner in crime! LOVE YOU LAURA!

Thanks, Tumblr

Your obnoxious highlight feature has inspired me to unfollow most of the businesses I followed before.

staff: Introducing: Highlighted Posts Every now and then, a post comes along that’s meant for big things. It could be pulling the wraps off your new project, promoting your next show, raising awareness for a cause, or just sharing a truly incredible photo.  Today you’ll have a new option to Highlight those extra-important posts. For one dollar, your post will stand out in the Dashboard with a customizable sticker to make sure your followers take notice! But how much will it cost me to be able to search my own posts accurately? I’m not paying for anything until I have better access to my own things, least of all $1 to remind people to read my post before it falls off their dashboard & can never be found again.
