Yesterday I saw the coolest movie yet: V for Vendetta.

It is awesome!!!

There is heaps of explosions, death, political influences, and the word 'Bollocks.'

V himself is quite devestating to all he opposes. Towards the end, he single handedly kills an entire police squad trying to kill him. Naturally, none survive.

V never takes off his mask, and you never find out who he actually is, but there are enough hints for you to figure it out for yourself. The only part of V's body that you ever see are his hands, which are red from a fire he was in.

Throughout the film there are a lot of memorable quotes, mainly from the main character:
V: 'A revolution without dancing, is a revolution not worth having!'
V: 'People should not be afraid of their governments. Governments should be afraid of their people.'

[After a famous television personality was killed]
Evey: V, did you have anything to do with this?
V: Yes, I killed him.

V for Vendetta is a great movie. Go and see it... now. Right now.

I have recently set up my own ringtone website. The name of it is a tone for your phone. I was sick of seeing all the ads on TV and the net, and I realized that this is a big business. A big business which I wanted to be a part of.

I have tried to make the prices as cheap as possible, but because I don't know the exchange rates between countries the only judge I can make is with Australia. A normal ringtone costs AU$2 and a Polyphonic is $2.50. A bargain if you ask me.

So go and buy a ringtone or game from my site. Go on... now!

I put this poll into the sidebar last week, and the competition between villains has been very close. Spawn had the early lead, but was overtaken by Carnage and Venom. Red Skull never had much support at all. So, the results were:

(1) Ignorance - recently an American asked if Darren Rowse was anywhere near Cyclone Larry. Darren lives in Melbourne, Larry is in far north Queensland. Don't worry mate, your only a couple of thousand kilometres off (don't get me started on the imperial system)

(2) Arrogance - just because they're the worlds only remaining superpower doesn't mean that they are better than anyone else. In fact, I consider most countries superior to American in a lot of things, eg. friendliness, talent, skill.

(3) Strong arm action - they believe that using military tactics will give them everything. It might at the moment, but it is causing all the nations that they invade to hate them.

(4) Poor political decision - Americans voted for Bush. Enough said.

(5) Mess around with our language - I hate the way Americans have destroyed the honourable English language. First they screwed around with spelling (Mum, not Mom!) and they have an idiotic accent that instantly makes people angry.

(6) Cultural bullies - Americans try to push their culture onto everyone else. Take the TV show, the O.C. It is the worst show I have ever seen and yet it is being forced upon us. Bloody Americans!

(7) Gun control - in America you can walk around with a gun. What a great idea! How stupid could you be!!! No wonder people are constantly killing each other.

(8) Rap music - an American phenomena that I dislike immensely. I would not even call it music, but they lap it up.

(9) Celebrity worship - actors and singers are at the top of the American social ladder, despite the fact that they don't actually do anything.

(10) Oprah Winfrey - *shudders uncontrollably* - and I'm not the only one.
