I use Red5 8, JW Player, problem with rewind/forward the video. I am not sure if it is because of the file converter, bit rate, frame segments, or the player, or the red5 server itself.
Can anybody here give me some suggestion??

install red5 9.1 windows.can not install app. localhost:5080/installer app list empty. I can't not see the default app in the list.

I have one question, I like to use red5 as a streaming server but my scenario is a lilbit diff!
What I want to do is not to have the video files in the dedicated video server directory,
but to get them from other machine via LAN(so to say the streaming to be a king of a proxy) is this posible to be done?!
or I have to copy the file on the fly in the server video directory?!
And ofcourse I want to get all the fetures coming with stream server usage(jumping in time for video file etc)

2.But when i connect red5 to my flex video not connected please give solution. I use following code to connect stream.When i put netstreaming(null) it will work but when i connect red5 it wont work.
