This blog and podcast started with a simple mission as I moved back from Houston, Texas to my hometown of Dallas, Texas: I wanted to know my African-American and gay connections and history in this town. I know that Atlanta, New York, and various spots in California have their LGBT epicenters. Now , I’ve found that the African-American and gay/same gender-loving experience is thriving in Dallas, and we have quite a story to tell as we articulate our experience and our future in the fight for equality under the law. I am blessed to have been a part of telling this history of Dallas through the medium of podcasting. I’ve met so many wonderful people along the way whose stories I’ll never forget.
My current work is music and entertainment at Groove Loves Melody.
