http://pad.lv/929384 has been fixed in libc6 2.15-0ubuntu2, now available in the precise archive. Daily users can safely upgrade again.
Precise daily image users, if you have NVIDIA hardware, please do not update until http://pad.lv/929384 is resolved.
Fixed ca-certificates-java package published for 11.10. Affected users should run apt-get install --reinstall libnss3 libnss3:i386.

UBUNTU UPDATE: build infrastructure issue has been fixed, and the builders are working. It is now safe to upgrade again.
