Only until 80% Full

When it comes to eating, Okinawans practice a cultural habit of calorie control called Hara Hachi Bu, which means “eating until you are 80% full.   Once again, this statement has proved that we should always avoid overeating to maintain good health. It’s from the Sushi King member’s newsletter. So, at least try to avoid as many buffet dinner as possible. Ha!

It seems easy. But actually it’s not. We need to be very discipline to make it happen like how we practice all the other good habits. Somehow, it’s still nothing complicated. Just eat with discipline. That’s it!  And, you will surely get so much healthier. I promised. Hahahahaha……
