This month Pasi Manninen has been selected for his contributions in the Windows Phone category. As a rule the wiki moderation team try to award COM to encourage newer developers that we see have a lot of potential. The fact that we have chosen to award Pasi, who is a Nokia Developer Champion and who was already awarded COM back in 2010, shows how impressed we were with what he has achieved.
