WiKi Cartão do Cidadão
Caros amigos, finalmente arranjei um tempo para reflectir mais um pouco sobre isto e aproveitei para criar o WiKi como se tinha falado, está aqui http://cartaodocidadao.pbwiki.com e aguardo a vossa colaboração e as vossas ideias. Ainda hoje irei organizar aquilo melhor, mas o wiki é memso para isso, para se ir fazendo. Abraço a todos e acho que devo dizer isto: "Conto com todos, porque todos devemos contar com todos".
