API
The Digg Application Programming Interface (API) has been created to let users and partners interact with Digg platform. The API allows you to digg stories and returns Digg data in a form that can be easily integrated into an application or a web site. Basic concepts, documentation, and examples can be found here: http://developers.digg.com.
DiggLite
A streamlined version of the Digg site called DiggLite, which can serve as a blueprint for any basic Digg-based application. It includes a river of the most recently popular stories, which can be Dugg and buried remotely, and the means of breaking things down by top-level topics. You can find it at digglite.com or download the source code on Github.
